2026 HKMC SUSTAINABLE GROWTH CHALLENGE
Qualification period:
January 2026 to December 2026
Qualification target:
Brand Representatives or above registered in Hong Kong or Macau
Qualification requirements:
1. During the Qualification Period, every time a new Brand Representative in your G1-G3 achieves 2,000 / 3,000 / 4,000 / 5,000 Group Sales Volume (“GSV”) in the first 4 months after becoming a new Brand Representative (the first month refers to the month of the Brand Representative Advancement Date), you will accumulate 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 points respectively.
2. You can only accumulate points for the months that you maintain as Brand Representative or above and achieve 2,000 GSV.
3. You can only get the bonus reward hereunder if you fulfill the following requirements:
(1) Accumulate at least 50 points;
(2) At the cut-off month, you must (A) maintain or achieve the incentive title of Ruby or above; and (B) satisfy either one of the following requirements regarding Organizational Sales Volume:
(a) Your accumulated Organizational Sales Volume during the period from January 2026 to the cut-off month (June or December, 2026) must grow by at least 20% as compared with the same period of the previous year; or
(b) For those who achieve Blue Diamond or above in the cut-off month (June or December, 2026), other than the qualification requirement as stated in sub-paragraph (a) above, they may also satisfy the Organizational Sales Volume requirement by:
(i) During the period from January 2026 to the cut-off month (June or December, 2026), achieving an accumulated Organizational Sales Volume growth by at least 5% as compared with the same period of the previous year; and
(ii) (Applicable to the cut-off month of June 2026)
At the cut-off month of June 2026, achieving an accumulated Organizational Sales Volume of at least 600,000 (during the period from January 2026 to June 2026);
(Applicable to the cut-off month of December 2026)
At the cut-off month of December 2026, achieving an accumulated Organizational Sales Volume of at least 1,200,000 (during the period from January 2026 to December 2026).
(3) You must also meet the relevant Success Trip qualification requirements in the cut-off months:
(a) As at the cut-off time for June 2026, you must have completed at least one month of the 2027 Success Trip qualification requirements;
(b) As at the cut-off time for December 2026, you must have completed all the 2027 Success Trip qualification requirements.
4. Only new Brand Representative accounts from TW and HKMC markets will count for the accumulation of points. Only Sales Volume from TW and HKMC markets will count for Organizational Sales Volume.
5. Definitions:
(1) Organizational Sales Volume ("OSV") is the sum of the monthly Sales Volume from your Group, the Groups of your G1–G6 Brand Representatives, the Groups of your Business Builder Position G6 Brand Representatives, and the Groups of your Presidential Director Business Builder Position G6 Brand Representatives.
(2) Accumulated OSV is the sum of the OSV from January 2026 to the cut-off month.
(3) Accumulated OSV growth is a comparison between the summed OSV from January 2026 to the cut-off month and the summed OSV during the same period in 2025.
Rewards:
1. You will get a bonus reward for points accumulated during the Qualification Period, as set forth below.

2. When the accumulated points exceed 200 points, an extra HKD 140,000 will be rewarded for each additional 200 points. You will not receive a partial bonus for less than 50 points.
3. The bonuses are settled every six months (in June and December, 2026) and will be paid in August 2026 and February 2027 respectively.
4. If you qualify in both June and December 2026, the bonus awarded for your December qualification will be reduced by the amount already paid for your June qualification.
Incentive Terms and Conditions:
You acknowledge and agree that your participation in this 2026 HKMC Sustainable Growth Challenge (the "Incentive") constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of all Incentive rules and requirements, including these terms and conditions:
1. Only Nu Skin Brand Affiliates in good standing in markets implementing the Sales Performance Plan may participate in this Incentive. If you violate the terms and conditions of your Brand Affiliate Agreement, the Policies and Procedures, Sales Performance Plan, or the relevant terms and conditions of this Incentive (collectively the “Agreements”) during your participation in this Incentive, you may be deemed ineligible, and the Company may, at its sole discretion, withhold rewards under this Incentive, take any actions provided under the Agreements, and seek to recover any loss incurred by the Company as a result of any manipulation, including withholding any future sales compensation.
2. To become eligible for the rewards under this Incentive, other than meeting the qualification requirements under this Incentive, the requirements under the Sales Performance Plan (including retail sales requirements) have to be met as well.
3. The Company reserves the right to audit and assess the validity of your performance under this Incentive. Any account that is proved to be in violation of the requirements set forth in the Agreements will be considered invalid and may result in disciplinary action.
4. You may not buy or encourage other Brand Affiliates or Brand Representatives to buy Products in order to qualify for rewards under this Incentive. This Incentive is designed to reward participants for building healthy Groups and helping other participants build healthy Groups. The Company reserves the right to refuse to pay any rewards under this Incentive if it determines that the Brand Representative encouraged other participants to purchase inventory to meet qualification requirements rather than assisting them to build a healthy Group.
5. The Company reserves the right to cancel your eligibility and recoup the reward received by you (or an amount equivalent to the reward) if any of the following occurs:
(1) if you no longer satisfy the requirements for reward following a Product return after deducting the Sales Volume of the returned Products; or
(2) if you violate the Agreements or any applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to inventory loading through manipulating accounts, or you and your downline violate the Agreements or any applicable laws and regulations.
6. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this Incentive at any time based on market performance, participation status or other factors at the Company’s sole discretion. In the event of termination, only rewards earned through the date of termination will be paid.
7. Meanings of the capitalized terms that are not defined in this Incentive may be found in the Agreements. For the purposes of this Incentive, “Company” refers to Nu Skin Enterprises Hong Kong, LLC and its affiliated companies.
8. If there are any discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
